Our "Perfect Day" workshop provides valuable insights on everything from sleep to nutrition, helping employees enhance their well-being. Additionally, we offer corporate yoga sessions to promote mental health and mindfulness, ultimately boosting productivity and reducing anxiety and stress. Wellness Retreats

Every Season we host an individualised Retreat to support and guide you through the energy of the season.  Our retreats are relaxed, non judgemental and open to all Women no matter where you are on your journey in life.  We love to welcome everyone and guide you to wholeness, calm and relaxation.  We have many years of experience facilitating the retreats.  We offer one day retreats  and a yearly residential Retreat at Mana in the Coromandel.  Please go to our retreat page for our upcoming offerings.
